POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Marketing (Wholesale & Licensing) drives all marketing and advertising initiatives for the North America Wholesale + Licensed businesses. This position collaborates with external partners and all in-house business & cross-functional leads, inclusive of sales, merchandising, planning, licensing, marketing and visual merchandising, store planning, business strategy, and finance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support North America Wholesale and Licensed businesses across multiple product categories - increase brand desire and commercial growth in line with the PVH+ strategic plan
· Develop strong seasonal content briefs designed to deliver business growth and brand elevation across all consumer touchpoints
· Ensure that creative execution of all marketing materials follows seasonal and brand guidelines
· Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and licensee partners to identify marketing opportunities which are well-aligned with the Tommy Hilfiger brand.
· Act as the point person for all marketing needs, assets, and communications across accounts, licensees, and internal sales teams
· Create and drive seasonal marketing strategies across all consumer touchpoints and tailored to each wholesale account’s business needs.
· Be a master storyteller, obsessing over the consumer journey from discovery to purchase.
· Develop in-store POS materials, outposts, and digital brand shops to serve as branded destination points across all media; lead the execution of in-store and digital experiences
· Pitch new ideas and secure budget necessary to achieve desired outcomes
· Own annual marketing budgets to support wholesale accounts and licensees; manage budget tracking and reporting
· Ensure all marketing strategies are quantifiable, and true to the brand; use KPI’s + insights from each initiative to make informed, strategic decisions for future initiatives
· Leverage all insights available to develop a deeper understanding of the evolving TH consumer
· Stay on top of market trends to inform innovative approaches to stand out and cut through with consumers.
· Support Licensees on their marketing initiatives including but not limited to seasonal content, packaging, media strategies and product launches
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 7+ years of retail & brand marketing/advertising experience
· Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications, preferred
· Master storyteller
· Ability to think strategically, apply analytics and implement tactically to influence outcomes
· Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and shifting priorities
· Ability to forecast effects of decision making prior to implementing
· Proactive approach with an ability to multitask
· Ability to think ahead and build for success
· Strong presenter with excellent communication skills, both written and oral
· Detail oriented, with strong project management and time management skills
· MS Office – including Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
· Adobe Creative Suite – including InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop, a plus
· Oversees Coordinator, Marketing (Wholesale & Licensing)
· Responsible to develop and manage Wholesale and Licensing marketing budgets
· Role is expected to lead all Wholesale and Licensing Marketing day-to-day projects (collateral/point-of-sale materials, PKG, .com imagery, etc.) and be the point person for all integrated and specialized campaigns
· Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines. Detail oriented and innovative traits are necessary.
· Seeks to understand priorities as set forth with Brand/PVH+ plans and uses those as guidelines for ongoing recommendations and decision making
· Flexibility required to respond to changing needs of the business with adherence to deadlines and shifting priorities
· Some travel may be required

Pay Range:$121,400---$164,300PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
