Gilead Sciences Japan is seeking a professional capable of working closely with KOLs treating/leading HIV diseases area. This individual is a full- time employment in the HIV & COVID-19 Business Unit and report to HIV marketing department head. Basically this individual should be a remote worker to meet with KOLs face-to-face, but online meetings are also highly recommended.
In this level of individual contributor develop conduct science-driven discussion with KOLs. Giving feedback to the marketing franchise to run PDCA cycle which is in line with product strategy and tactical plans.
You will also play a key role in planning/executing national level D2D event, the best channel mix in omni-channel strategy, and closely work with cross functional team including Product Managers, Sales, MA and other related internal teams. Managing event vendors located in Japan to achieve enterprise goal is also in scope.
Key Responsibilities
製品戦略遂行および戦術立案および効果検証等にあたり、特にHIV領域に専門性が高いHCPと強力な専門的関係を構築・維持し、科学的議論から得られる示唆を事業部及びマーケティング部にフィードバックすることでPDCAのサイクルを回す
HIV診療の基幹施設を担当し、GSJのブランド開発、ブランド差別化、自社ブランドの適切な使用および疾患啓発に関するインサイトを得るために、積極的に関連HCPとコミュニケーションする
重要顧客エンゲージメントプランについて、OLLチームの一員としてこれを実行する
製品戦略に基づく全国規模の講演会や学会共催セミナー、領域HCPがギリアドと双方向にdiscussionする会の主導にあたり、スライドやコンテンツ作成をサポートし、役割者との打ち合わせを行い、オムニチャンネル戦略の中でこれらの企画を通じた情報提供のベストミックスを立案、実行する
製品戦略(POA Strategy)に従ったアクションプランの提案と遂行
製品戦術(POA Tactical Plan)への積極的な参画
HIVマーケティング部、営業/営業推進、およびHIVメディカルを中心として、関連クロスファンクショナルチームと協業する
ビジネスコンプライアンス、販売促進ガイドラインなど最新の業界関連規制について、担当医師を教育する
上記活動がGSJのコンプライアンス基準と確実に一致している
