Position Overview
As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations & Analytics, you will be responsible for building scalable processes, reliable technology infrastructure, analytics strategy, and helping Bloom achieve its business objectives. You will be working closely with demand generation, product management, growth and Sales Operations teams to build an award-winning marketing tech stack that will build the engine for our growth.
What you’ll do
Develop the Marketing Technology, Operations, and Analytics vision and strategy that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates growth through precise analysis.
Lead Analytics to ensure the marketing team can correctly report on the ratio between customer lifetime value and customer acquisition cost, by marketing acquisition tactic.
Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value; make sure funnel measures can be analyzed by key dimensions such as industry, geo, and persona.
Work closely with the SDR/AE/ADR teams to ensure leads are processed and routed throughout the funnel in the most effective way & accurate hand off, e.g. through lead scoring, routing, etc.
Partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales ops, and product to build a best in class marketing technology stack, strategy, & roadmap and ensure that projects are delivered in a timely manner.
Implement and manage marketing automation technologies including segmentation, nurture flows, lead and account scoring, email marketing, and reporting and analysis.
Build and maintain a marketing analytics and attribution framework and a regular cadence of reporting to demonstrate marketing influence on bookings and to provide insight for program optimization.
Drive data quality and accuracy across all sales and marketing systems with an eye on database growth, contact and account enrichment, data governance, quality, data security and GDPR & CCPA compliance.
Collaborate across departments with key stakeholders - Sales, Sales Ops, Finance - to ensure alignment with KPIs and business metrics
Collaborate with Sales team to ensure sales and marketing funnel efficiency.
Administer the marketing budget and ensure marketing costs are tracked correctly.
Ensure processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed in a way that minimizes bad or incomplete data.
Manage, build, and lead a strong team by coaching and developing existing members and closing talent gaps where needed through acquisition of new team members.
What is Needed
10 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably at high-growth technology companies
6+ years of experience building and managing marketing technology stack
Hands on experience implementing and managing marketing automation platforms (Pardot, SFDC, 6sense)
Demonstrated understanding of ABM and integrated marketing practices and measurement
Experience and a thorough understanding of B2B software go-to-market motions; especially with marketing and sales
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication skills
Experience using data visualization tools
Team player, accountable, entrepreneurial-minded, resilient, inclusive
Experience building and leading high performing, revenue generating/impactful marketing technology, marketing operations, database, and reporting/analytics marketing teams
A strong command of the entire Martech stack
