About the role:

Fairstone is looking for a seasoned Sr. Manager, Marketing to deliver marketing execution by overseeing the end‑to‑end intake, review, development, and deployment of identified marketing campaigns.

The role is to drive and execute marketing and content strategies for our Co-brand Credit Card division. This role will include the coordination of feedback and compliance reviews, facilitation of required approvals, and management of campaign content and delivery timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. In addition, this role will involve ongoing collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to support the effective execution of approved campaigns. This persom will also be responsible to measure the performance of each campaign.
 

The successful candidate will have a strong strategic planning, creative writing  background and excellent project and people management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of marketing and content strategies
  • Lead and manage the implementation of strategies, tactics and tools
  • Lead and manage the development of brand content, integrated across all channels
  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar and content creation workflows
  • Measure and track campaign results on business KPI
  • Guide collaboration with digital marketing and direct media teams to develop content to drive response
  • Evaluate program performance to help develop and update company goals and objectives
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission and values

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, marketing communications, content creation, copywriting
  • Bachelor degree; Masters degree preferred
  • Marketing background with previous management experience and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints
  • Presentation skills with abilities to successfully influence and drive direction to accomplish department goals
  • Financial services industry background an asset
  • French language skills an asset
