Role and Responsibilities

Position Summary:

  • Oversees internal business control functions, including the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and standards within the Mobile Production Center (MPC)
  • Analyzes, prepares, and presents performance reports for MPC and its partner divisions and subsidiaries, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships across all organizational levels, establishing and monitoring performance metrics to drive accountability and improvement 
  • Leads as a project champion in cross-divisional process improvement initiatives, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency enhancement across all operational processes

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes annual business plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic priorities
  • Conducts comprehensive analyses of business performance metrics, identifying key trends and providing actionable insights to the management for informed decision-making
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather critical data, insights, and feedback, ensuring effective communication and alignment on strategic initiatives
  • Supports the creation of executive-level presentations and reports, summarizing complex findings and strategic recommendations in a clear and concise manner
  • Monitors industry trends and market dynamics, delivering competitive intelligence to inform and refine strategic planning efforts
  • Engages in ad-hoc projects and initiatives, driving business growth and operational excellence through innovative solutions and process improvements

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or engineering, and 7+ years’ experience in finance/accounting, business control, management, strategy, analytics, supply chain management(SCM), customer service, device, or quality engineering in the mobile and service industry
  • Korean language is preferred
  • Experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams
