Sr. Manager, Infusion Nursing


As a Sr. Manager of Infusion Nursing, you will lead a high-performing regional nursing team delivering compassionate, expert care to patients. You will shape nursing operations, build clinical excellence, and drive strategic outcomes that support organizational growth and patient well-being.


Responsibilities:

• Lead regional nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care and strong clinical outcomes.

• Develop nursing staff through coaching, assessments, and performance-focused leadership.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic pharmacy, clinical, and sales initiatives.

• Optimize staffing models, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.

• Partner with contracted nursing agencies to support patient care delivery and education.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.


Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• 5+ years of clinical experience, including 3+ years in leadership.

• 3+ years of Home Infusion experience, as a nurse and/or leader.

• Strong IV insertion skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office and Apple technology.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to travel up to 10%.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree.

• CRNI or other specialty certification.

• Knowledge of pharma audit and contract review processes.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,100 - 181,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
