The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
The Depot Services leader is responsible for global PC and peripheral depot operations, ensuring consistent, secure, and efficient lifecycle management of end-user computing assets. This role oversees the full lifecycle - from procurement, receipt, inventory management, issuance, and disposal in alignment with enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies and compliance requirements. This leader will also own new-hire device deployment, the enterprise refresh program, and continuous improvement of depot logistics and configuration workflows. This position ensures operational excellence across our complex Depot environment.
What you will do:
Lead and develop the global Digital Technology (DT) PC operations team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management across all regions
Own and optimize end-to-end operation processes for PC and peripheral lifecycle management, including procurement, receipt, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
Oversee day-today operations ensuring accurate inventory management, timely device fulfillment, and consistent service delivery
Partner with Business Units to understand operational needs and ensure depot services meet or exceed service expectations
Monitor device utilization performance, and lifecycle data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement
Maintain accurate, real-time asset records, including asset tracking, inventory levels, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation
Coordinate with procurement and finance on asset acquisition planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
Implement and enforce security and compliance controls to protect DT assets from loss, theft, or unauthorized access
Provide regular operational reporting to leadership, including KPI's, inventory health, service performance, and risk indicators
Stay current with industry standards and best practices, driving continuous improvement and modernization of depot operations
Must have you must have:
5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, depot operations, end-user computing, or global logistics
Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams and/or third party depot or logistics partners
Deep understanding of PC lifecycle management, including procurement, imaging, deployment, inventory control, and end-of-life processes
Hands on experience with ITAM/CMDB platform - ServiceNow and strong asset mgmt discipline
Strong operational and analytical skills, including KPI development, forecasting, inventory accuracy, and process optimization
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience running global technology solutions depots or multi-region logistics hubs
Familiarity with secure data sanitization / disk wiping procedures
Background in continuous improvement (lean, six sigma, CORE)
Experience with automated provisioning and potential for zero touch deployment (Intune, Autopilot,, SCCM, etc)
Experience with or Knowledge of vendor management

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
