Sr. Manager, HCP Marketing, TIVDAK (Secondment - 12 months)

ROLE SUMMARY

TIVDAK (tisotumab vedotin-tftv) is a treatment for patients with recurrent/metastatic cervical cancer that received full FDA approval in April 2024 and launched with our co-promote partner, Genmab. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team, working collaboratively with a high-performing group to support patients with advanced cervical cancer.

The HCP Marketing Senior Manager supports the development and execution of promotional strategies and related tactics for TIVDAK. This role partners closely with cross-functional colleagues to help identify and implement initiatives that advance our business objectives. The Senior Manager assists in optimizing the marketing mix, asset development, and strategic deployment across channels.

As TIVDAK is co-commercialized with Genmab in the United States, the US HCP Marketing Senior Manager helps coordinate promotional activities and ensures alignment across teams, including our co-promote partner. Pfizer leads all marketing responsibilities for TIVDAK within the US.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead development of Media Strategy (HCP and Consumer) and lead execution of media tactics with agency(s).
  • Lead peer-to-peer strategy and third-party programs, including management of speaker program content and speaker bureau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners within Pfizer and Genmab to help maintain alignment on strategy, budget, and execution plans.
  • Assist in advancing brand messaging and objection handling based on field feedback and early in-market learnings.
  • Support efforts with the Clinical Nurse Educator Team in educating on unique aspects of TIVDAK patient management and adverse reaction mitigation.
  • Serve as a liaison to the Field Insights Team (FIT), supporting the team in gathering and communicating critical insights to Marketing.
  • Support the TIVDAK RC Team in advancing business initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the relationship with the Agency of Record to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and alignment on financial and staffing matters.
  • Ensure all responsibilities are conducted according to Company policies, upholding our Values and compliance standards.
  • Serve as tactical operating plan captain

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate demonstrates diverse leadership experiences and capabilities, including the ability to collaborate with peers, support and coach others, and help guide team members to achieve meaningful outcomes and business impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or Ph.D./PharmD and 1+ years of experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to improve business performance.
  • Experience managing advertising and other agencies to produce impactful communications.
  • Solid business acumen and organizational skills, with strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for a variety of audiences, including management.
  • Strong analytical skills; detail- and action-oriented; creative.
  • Experience with product positioning and branding is required.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively one-on-one and in groups.
  • Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Ability to support and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to help manage and deliver results on multiple, complex, competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Must be driven by success and able to organize multiple projects over time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree.

  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
