As a Sr. Manager, EFA Management supporting the Sales Pricing & Contract Management team, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing contract administration, negotiation, and termination, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer needs. You will guide and manage others to achieve goals.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts, ensuring contract acquisition and fulfillment align with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
• Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and maintain customer contact
• Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare bids and process specifications, progress, and other reports, compiling and analyzing data to maintain historical information
• Apply Sales Pricing and Contract Management in the EFA Management discipline and guide juniors in this job family
• Work within the Sales and Sales Support job family group
• Contribute effectively to the company's objectives

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related)
• English conversational
• +8 years of experience in Sales & Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction or related.
