Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising US leads the strategy and hands-on execution of digital merchandising for the US DTC channel, driving revenue and margin while delivering a brand-right consumer experience. Bringing a strong commercial mindset and curiosity for continuous improvement, this leader uses data and insights to evolve how we show up online and better serve our Fans. Managing multiple business categories, activities, and programs within a matrixed environment, they confidently balance stakeholders and KPIs while driving brand integrity and a deep connection with consumer interests. This role partners closely with Marketing, Planning, Product, and Experience teams to translate business objectives into thoughtful merchandising strategies that improve discoverability, conversion, engagement, and long-term loyalty. As a people leader, the Senior Manager provides clarity and coaching to elevate team expertise and deliver measurable results.

Essential Functions

Description

  •  Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce merchandising strategies, ensuring optimal product mix, pricing, and site placement throughout product lifecycle to achieve financial targets and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Drive sell-through, margin, and inventory productivity by managing open-to-buy, supporting accurate forecasting, and executing strategic markdowns in partnership with Sales and Demand Planning.
  • Oversee seasonal web merchandising execution, optimizing product experience, navigation, search and sort logic to drive conversion, basket-building, and a seamless consumer journey.
  • Partner with Marketing to advance SEO, AEO, and GEO, enhancing product data, taxonomy, structured content, and metadata to improve organic growth and discoverability across platforms.
  • Analyze web performance data and deliver executive-ready reporting that translates measurable results and behavioral insights into clear action plans to optimize product discovery experiences.
  • Monitor market, competitor, and consumer trends to identify product opportunities and translate fan demand and selling insights into channel growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to deliver curated and exclusive product offerings that differentiate the DTC channel, fuel fan acquisition, and deepen loyalty engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute go-to-market plans, owning site readiness for campaign launches, aligning inventory, landing destinations, and channel activations to drive engagement and sell-through.
  • Lead and develop US web merchandising team, providing strategic direction, prioritization, and coaching, while fostering a data-driven, solution- oriented, enterprise mindset.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum seven (7) years experience as an eCommerce merchandiser with at least one (1) year as a Sr. Merchandiser. Preferably within footwear, apparel, or in the outdoor industry.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Travel Required: Yes, up to 5% of the time

Base Salary: $144,000 - $153,000

This range represents the low and high ends of this position's anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
