Sr Manager, Digital Channels Performance (Data/Analytics)

Job Description

To advance Digital & Personal Distribution strategic priorities by discovering and sharing insights by monitoring performance against strategic and operational objectives through a balanced lens of business and customer metrics; translating data and information into actionable intelligence that drives informed decision-making across the DCS-Digital Channels & Solutions team.

As Senior Manager of Digital Strategy, Performance and Analytics, you drive performance reporting and analytics for DCS – Digital Channels: Mobile and Online Banking, and Digital Solutions: Multi-Factor Authentication, Identity Verification, and Digital Money Management – ensuring they deliver strategic value, surfacing actionable insights.  You will pull data from various sources and transform it into consumable information.

What Will You Do?

  • Establish and maintain monthly dashboards with Key Performance Indicators across digital channels, encompassing technical solution performance, business performance and client experience.

  • Set performance targets and forecasts that reflect organizational ambitions and market realities.

  • Move beyond reporting metrics to explaining performance drivers—identifying root causes of variance, trends, and anomalies through fact-based analysis.

  • Conduct deeper diagnostic analytics to uncover opportunities and risks that inform strategy refinement.

  • Work closely with Digital Product Owners, CDA, Technology (Architects, Developers) and QAs to monitor technical solution performance against strategic objectives, ensuring continuous optimization.

  • Contribute to broader DCS strategy consolidation.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in translating data into analytic insights.

  • Strong command of performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs), strategic planning, and executive reporting.

  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Python to navigate large data sets.

  • Strong communication—able to translate technical complexity into clarity.

  • Collaborative approach to cross-functional work.

  • Strategic mindset with operational rigor—comfortable navigating ambiguity.

  • Willingness to learn new skills, solve challenging problems and adapt.

Nice to Have:

  • In-depth knowledge of Digital Channels/Products and Digital Strategy

  • Experience building dashboards for reporting and analytics.

  • Ability to communicate at different altitudes.

  • Experience in Banking/Financial products.
