What will you be doing?
You will lead the charge in building a digital-first culture within GBS. Your mission will be to define and execute a robust automation and AI strategy aligned with our transformation goals. Imagine partnering with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities that truly move the needle, then turning those ideas into scalable solutions. From managing a portfolio of projects to establishing governance frameworks and KPIs, you’ll ensure every initiative delivers tangible business outcomes. You’ll also champion change management, enabling teams to embrace digital fluency and fostering a community of innovators across service lines.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. You’ll need to influence, inspire, and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment. To excel, you should bring:
- Proven experience leading digital transformation and implementing automation/AI programs within GBS or shared services.
- Deep knowledge of MS Power Platform, RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), AI technologies (Copilot), ML frameworks, and process mining tools like Celonis.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of driving process improvements and value creation.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities, coupled with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
