As a DRAM Design Verification Leader at Micron Technology, you will work in a highly innovative and motivated design team to develop & verify the most advanced DRAM product. Your role will be managing the Compute DRAM verification team to work on advanced High speed DRAM memory, such as DDR5, in Core Compute DRAM Engineering Group. You will work closely with Micron’s global design team by applying verification tools and techniques, providing verification status and summaries to specific designs as needed. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will lead in developing digital/analog mix-signal verification methodology for advanced DRAM products, as well as design and implementation of mix-signal design verification environment. As an important part of responsibility, you will partner with other verification functional team on test benches and test vectors development, using digital and analog simulation tools.
Responsibilities
Good insight of DRAM specifications, circuit implementation, performance target and goals. Guide verification strategy and architecture verification system for DRAM products.
Collaborate with diverse teams to align verification plan and coverage goals.
Drive patterns and regressions development to implement function and timing verification plan.
Own and lead product verification plan, execution, review, silicon debugging support. Lead the team to achieve project schedule and deliverables.
Provide support to design and verification engineers, simulate, analyze and debug circuit issues.
Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project execution.
Understand Micron’s verification tools and flows, collaborate with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to improve verification quality and efficiency.
Build efficient team, engage team members. Support team members career development.
Requirements
10+ years of demonstrated ability in sophisticated IC verification and/or IC design preferred. Previous work experience in memory related fields is a plus
Experience in function verification and timing analysis with mixed signal design.
Understanding of CMOS circuit design; gate Level circuit design preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to other verification peers.
Experience with SystemVerilog Assertion (SVA)
Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, ie. HSPICE, VerilogHDL, FINESIM, PrimeSim
A strong leadership skill and project management skills.
Strong English skill in both writing and speaking is a must
Education
BS + 10 or MS + 8 years’ in Electrical Engineering is required
