Summary of Role:

This role provides senior leadership for a function or set of related functions, driving strategy, operational execution, and results in a complex, multi‑regional environment while exercising sound judgment in ambiguous and evolving situations.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Address complex business problems requiring analysis of intangible or ambiguous factors.
  • Exercise judgment beyond broadly defined practices and policies when developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
  • Operate across regions or functions with a moderate level of geographic complexity.
  • Plan, direct, and be accountable for all activities and outcomes of a single function or multiple related functions.
  • Establish organizational procedures and plans consistent with corporate policy; interpret, execute, and recommend policy modifications as appropriate.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and strategic input, making final administrative or operational decisions within scope of authority or recommending courses of action on matters impacting the organization.
  • Operate with minimal day‑to‑day direction; deliver results that are reviewed on a quarterly or project basis.

Other Responsibilities:

· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

Accountability

  • Accountable for performance outcomes, operational results, and strategic execution within area of responsibility.
  • Ensure budgets and performance standards are realistically established and consistently achieved.
  • Develop and drive implementation of plans that support overall strategic direction.
  • Recommend organizational structures and establish performance standards for managed areas.
  • Establish and maintain standards, processes, and procedures for areas of responsibility.

Relationship Focus

  • Manage activities through at least two manager‑level employees and/or senior individual contributors.
  • Interact regularly with executives and equivalent‑level leaders across functions and regions on matters of significant importance to the company.
  • Build strong cross‑functional and cross‑regional relationships to support execution and alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Deep functional expertise combined with broad company knowledge.
  • Ability to apply industry and business knowledge to inform decision‑making and execute strategy effectively.

Expected Salary Range

$146,000.00 - $254,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
