Location: Remote.  Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to work onsite two days per week.

Overview:  This is a client-facing consulting leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end transformation engagements across advisory, solutioning, and delivery. You will operate as a trusted partner to clients while also contributing to growth, account expansion, and go-to-market strategy.

What You Will Own

  • Build executive-level relationships across key accounts and act as a trusted advisor on transformation initiatives
  • Translate complex business and technology challenges into actionable consulting engagements
  • Lead cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, and delivery
  • Shape and deliver solutions across areas like cloud, data & AI, enterprise platforms, and application modernization
  • Ensure quality execution, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes
  • Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion
  • Partner with Sales & Markets teams on proposals, deal shaping, and client presentations
  • Contribute to pipeline creation and revenue growth across CES offerings
  • Own engagement financials, including revenue, margin, and profitability
  • Balance client value with commercial discipline
  • Represent DXC in client forums, industry discussions, and executive conversations
  • Contribute to positioning DXC as a leader in consulting and digital transformation

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of consulting experience, with 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role
  • Proven track record leading transformation engagements and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong background in consulting methodologies and engagement delivery
  • Ability to connect advisory work to revenue, pipeline, and business impact
  • Experience supporting or driving deal shaping and pre-sales activities
  • Exposure to one or more key areas: Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation, Data & AI, Enterprise Platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Microsoft), Application Modernization
  • Strong stakeholder management across client and internal leadership

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $119,900 - $222,700.
