11/10/20252000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of AmericaThe Senior Manager of Clinical Programs supports the development and delivery of clinical programs to improve patient outcomes. This position plays a key role in developing and implementing new pharma initiatives, driving process improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The Senior Manager will lead a team of clinical-minded, project management professionals in the development of programs and projects benefiting clinical and patient outcomes, foster their professional growth, and collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership to drive results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Program Management:
Manage and coordinate new initiatives from idea generation to implementation, including new clinical program and project design, development of training and communication materials, and facilitation of Village-wide implementation.
Collaborate and partner with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) and other teams Village-wide to evaluate clinical performance and determine appropriate clinical programs to positively impact outcomes.
Analyze data and provide insights to tell a meaningful story and support decision-making.
Organize follow-up, documentation, and tracking to ensure progress and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Support pilot facilities by providing training, communication, tracking, and follow-up, and conduct pilot results review and evaluation.
Prepare and present insightful updates, analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and coordinate direct reports in accordance with the DaVita Way, Mission, Vision, and Values as a leader in the Village.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to direct reports, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Determine project assignments and manage all aspects of teammate performance, including recruitment, hiring, retention, and performance development.
Collaboration and Communication:
Interface with numerous teams, including OCMO, Physician Experience, Physician Education, Patient Education, Patient Experience, Clinical Education, Clinical Analytics, Home, IKC, Field, IT, CWOW, CMT, Compliance, Legal, and the Policies & Procedures (P&P) committee as appropriate.
Develop field and physician communications and training tools.
Synthesize and convey research and analyses to senior management and executive audiences.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization to align on priorities and ensure successful project execution

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Proven project and program management skills
Experience leading and developing teams.
Experience analyzing data to create reports and tell a meaningful story.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on creating compelling storylines in PowerPoint for executive audiences.

The Salary Range for the role is $100,000.00 - $147,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hourWashington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
