The Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager - Client Managed Services to join our Cloud Managed Services team, reporting to the Director of Rebase Services. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver secure, efficient, and high-impact upgrade solutions for our global clients, enabling them to fully leverage improvements to the Calypso platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver successful Calypso version upgrades for Cloud clients.
  • Define and implement automated regression testing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Ops, Customer Support, PM, and Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Communicate progress and results to clients and management through regular updates and status meetings.
  • Drive talent development, goal setting, and performance reviews to build a high-performing team.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in IT projects within the capital markets industry.
  • 3+ years of experience leading professional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software (Calypso preferred; Murex, Summit, Kondor+, Aladdin, or SimCorp also valuable).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills in global environments.
  • Ability to design solutions that exceed KPIs and improve operational efficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Calypso implementation or upgrade experience.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP, MBA).
  • Familiarity with test automation and market data tools (Bloomberg, SWIFT, MarkIt).

This position will be located in Mexico and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
