Position Summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Client Audit to support CMS 1/3 Financial Audits. In this client‑facing project management role, you will coordinate and manage audit activities for health plan clients. You’ll work with CMS auditors, health plans, internal teams, and legal partners to ensure audits are completed smoothly and consistently.

Your responsibilities include resolving audit exceptions—especially those related to rebates, DIR, and pharmacy contract testing—and identifying process improvements to prevent future issues.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in audit, project management, or financial management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
  • CPA, CIA, or MBA preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
