Dexcom is seeking a high-impact individual contributor to lead channel excellence across direct and indirect markets in EMEA and LATAM. Reporting into the Director of Market Expansion, Tender, and Channel Excellence, this role will be responsible for optimizing channel strategy and execution, enabling scalable commercial performance, and resolving cross-border trade challenges across pharmacy, retail, and distributor models.

Where you come in:

1. Channel Strategy and Optimization

Owns channel strategy execution across EMEA and LATAM, including distributor onboarding, retail and pharmacy enablement, and indirect market performance. Partners with Marketing to align digital and retail strategies and with country teams to ensure channel models are fit-for-purpose and scalable.

2. Cross-Border Trade Enablement

Identifies and resolves cross-border trade challenges impacting channel performance. Partners with Legal, Finance, and Market Access to ensure compliant and efficient trade flows across priority markets. Supports the development of scalable trade frameworks for tier 1 and tier 2 countries.

3. Commercial Execution Support

Serves as a key enabler of commercial execution by ensuring channel models are aligned with country-level go-to-market strategies. Supports country teams with channel insights, onboarding tools, and operational guidance to improve execution and reduce friction.

4. Performance Visibility and KPIs

Owns channel performance tracking across direct and indirect models, including distributor onboarding time, contract adherence, and trade compliance metrics. Partners with Analytics and Finance to ensure visibility into leading and lagging indicators of success.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience. 

  • At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
