This role plays a critical role in designing the systems that support our broadband expansion and regional growth. Our team is recognized across the company for its forecasting accuracy, and we need a leader who can maintain that standard while navigating the complexity of state and federal grant projects. Job Description
Here’s what makes this role exciting:

- Building a Legacy: You’ll inherit a high-performing, tight-knit team. Your job is to keep that energy high, mentor the next generation of leaders, and ensure everyone on the team has a clear path to grow their career.
- System Design: We need someone who loves to build. You’ll be in charge of taking our workflows to the next level, ensuring that our "how-to" is so solid that the team can handle any curveball without missing a beat.
- Grant Execution: You’ll lead the financial strategy for our largest grant-funded initiatives. This is about taking raw project data and turning it into audit-ready success stories, ensuring we hit every compliance mark for capital recovery.
