Current Need 

The business is scaling a strategic platform designed to streamline rebate‑related processes for specialty providers. The solution enhances financial predictability and supports improved cash flow, helping provider organizations maintain stronger liquidity and remain focused on patient care. 

 

Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Business Insights & Analytics will serve as the enterprise analytics lead for the business, responsible for delivering end-to-end business insights across strategy, operations, financial performance, risk considerations, and go-to-market execution. This role will partner broadly across the enterprise to identify, source, and analyze data directly, working across multiple systems and platforms to establish performance measurement frameworks and deliver actionable, decision-ready insights that support the launch, scaling, and long-term success of the business. 

This position reports to the  Business Leader. 

Key Responsibilities 

Business Insights & Performance Management 

  • Own analytics and insights across the full lifecycle of the business, from launch through scale to include funnel conversion, cycle-time reporting by segment to support forecasting and operating efficiencies.  

  • Develop and maintain business performance frameworks and KPIs spanning revenue, margin, working capital, rebate accruals, utilization, and operational throughput. 

  • Build executive-level dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into platform performance, risks, and growth opportunities. 

  • Support planning, forecasting, and performance reviews through data-driven insights and recommendations. 

Operational & Financial Analytics 

  • Drive analysis of end-to-end platform activities, including provider onboarding, rebate accrual and validation, reconciliation, and payments. 

  • Owns and acts as the POC for rebate variance analytics, disputes and root-cause analysis . 

  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve scalability, accuracy, and provider experience. 

  • Independently source, analyze, and synthesize data across enterprise systems to track operational health and financial performance. 

  • Develop reporting and tools that enable consistent, transparent performance monitoring. 

 

Enterprise Data & Analytics Enablement 

  • Partner broadly across the enterprise to define data requirements needed to support business insights and performance management. 

  • Work across multiple systems and platforms to align data definitions, metrics, and reporting. 

  • Identify data gaps and support solutions that improve data availability, quality, and usability. 

  • Ensure analytics support consistency, integrity, and appropriate governance of business data. 

Customer & Program Economics Analytics 

  • Lead analytics supporting customer-level and segment-level economics, including rebate timing, utilization behavior, fee economics, and margin contribution. 

  • Support customer segmentation, targeting, and value proposition analysis through data-driven insights. 

  • Deliver deep-dive analyses on adoption, utilization, and retention of drivers to inform growth strategies. 

Risk, Controls & Governance Support 

  • Support analytics related to exposure monitoring, concentration risk, and funding assumptions. 

  • Enable rebate accrual accuracy, transparency, and auditability through structured analytics and reporting. 

  • Ensure analytics support governance, control effectiveness, and enterprise risk management requirements. 

Insights, Communication & AI-Enabled Analytics 

  • Deliver clear, executive-ready insights that explain the performance of drivers, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.  

  • Provide recurring and ad hoc business reviews supported by strong data storytelling.  

  • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate, enhance, and scale analytics while identifying opportunities to automate reporting and reconciliation workflows.  

 

Minimum Requirement 

Degree and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education 

An undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field is required. 

MBA or graduate degree preferred. 

Critical Skills 

  • Typically requires 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, strategy, or operational analytics roles. 

  • Demonstrated experience providing end-to-end business analytics across multiple functions, systems, and data sources. 

  • Strong understanding of how businesses are built and scaled, including evolving analytics and data needs. 

  • Proven ability to identify, source, analyze, and synthesize data independently to deliver actionable, decision-ready insights. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. 

  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to augment analytics, improve efficiency, and scale insight delivery. 

Additional Skills 

  • Experience in healthcare services, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries. 

  • Familiarity with rebate-based economics, working capital models, or cash-flow acceleration. 

Salary: 122,900.00 - 163,800.00 - 204,800.00 USD Annual with 20% MIP

Target comp approx.~150-160K base with 20% MIP

This role is a hybrid position. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.
