POSTION OVERVIEW

The Brand and POP Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation of multiple business unit’s Fuel, Food & Merchandise Marketing strategy to attain key business objectives. The Brand and POP Senior Manager will work with the Marketing & Merchandising Departments, both National and business unit level, in the development of localized marketing and advertising campaigns to support product promotions and overall store exposure. This role will support the execution of the National and Regional sales plans with signage execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & POP Strategy Execution

  • Lead execution of in-store marketing strategies across Fuel, Food, Loyalty and Merchandise categories
  • Translate national campaigns into localized, market-relevant POP and signage solutions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all in-store touchpoints while optimizing for regional performance
  • Support period promotional launches through best-in-class in-store execution

Campaign Execution & Localization

  • Partner with National Marketing and Business Unit teams to adapt campaigns for regional markets
  • Collaborate with category teams to align product priorities with in-store messaging
  • Develop localized marketing and advertising materials that resonate with target customers
  • Manage creative development and approvals with internal stakeholders

POP & Signage Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of POP materials, including design, production, distribution, and in-store placement
  • Ensure timely rollout of signage supporting national and local sales plans
  • Establish standards and guidelines for POP execution across store formats
  • Monitor and improve in-store compliance and execution quality through print relationships
  • Troubleshoot and resolve signage and execution issues across BUs

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the key liaison between Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams
  • Align priorities across multiple business units to ensure cohesive in-store storytelling
  • Influence stakeholders at both national and local levels to drive alignment and results

BU Support & Comms

  • Day to day point of contact for BUs, supporting ongoing POP and signage needs
  • Lead BU and cross functional calls (i.e., FMM calls, order reviews, vendor calls)
  • Communicate promotional plans, timelines and signage requirements to ensure alignment and execution across BUs
  • Manage ad hoc requests (i.e. functional groups), custom signage needs and local execution

Performance & Optimization

  • Leverage data and store feedback to optimize campaigns and improve ROI, including print production efficiencies
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve speed-to-market

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in retail marketing, brand management, or in-store marketing/POP
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior in physical store environments
  • Experience managing creative development and external agency relationships
