Role Overview

Supports marketing initiatives for a global brand in NAOU inclusive of FSOP, innovation, and brand equity programs. Leads cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of the holistic brand bundle, on-time and in-full, ensuring a win-win-win for brand, customers and bottlers while being the voice of the consumer. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and business reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly tracking, initiative tracking, Post program analysis).
  • Utilize data & insights to enable tech-powered execution and measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross functional SME’s and system teams to deliver with excellence
  • Contribute to portfolio planning and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in brand marketing or project management.
  • Experience with the Coca-Cola system preferred and ability to thrive in matrixed organization and thrive leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.

Pay Range:

$139,600 - $157,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
