What you'll be doing
The Senior Manager, AI Enablement, will lead and support initiatives across CIBC’s business units aimed at optimizing business operations, driving efficiency, and delivering shareholder value. This role will also be responsible for developing Digital & AI solutions and enabling use cases that align with business objectives and ensure seamless execution. This is a highly collaborative role with exposure across the bank and will require strong strategic thinking, data-driving decision making and proactive stakeholder management, with a track record of driving impactful changes and a passion for designing the bank of the future. The role will lead cross-functional efforts with partners to identify and implement Digital & AI solutions to drive increased profitability, productivity and client & employee experience.

How you'll succeed
Opportunity Discovery - You will assist in identifying Digital & AI use cases by collaborating with stakeholders across various teams to uncover unseen gaps, assess optimization opportunities to address operational challenges, and evaluate the impact of proposed changes to the business. You will provide insights and recommendations to improve team efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes.
Storytelling – Ability to go from ideation to solution and conveying their recommendations through effective visual and written output. Construct a compelling business case and get support from stakeholders and partners.
Critical Thinking – You will analyze operational and business data within specific lines of business. You will also highlight potential limitations and risks to leadership to support informed decision-making.
Futuristic Thinking - You will identify innovative and creative solutions with new ways of thinking about issues and opportunities, utilizing market trends, data analysis techniques and voice of client/user information.
Relationship Management – You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities and make recommendations to ensure alignment. You will build strong strategic relationships with the ability to negotiate and influence business and technology partners to ensure alignment of initiatives and individual deliverables across dependent optimization initiatives. You will also solicit feedback formally and informally from applicable stakeholders to continuous improve and enhance solution effectiveness, supporting the realization and impact of the opportunities.
Project Management – You will lead cross-functional efforts to enable realization of identified opportunities on changes across the organization. You may be partnering with internal delivery teams, where applicable, to ensure timely delivery of solutions. You will collaborate with external vendors, where applicable, to support the exploration and deployment of relevant solutions.
