What is the opportunity?

As Senior Manager of Data Automation and Analytics for Technology & Operations (T&O) Supplier Management Office (SMO), you will be part of a transformational shift in how T&O SMO manages supplier risk and delivers intelligence. You’ll drive modernization of our operating model through AI and modern data practices, balancing hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership.

  • Champion cultural and operational shifts to embrace AI-enabled decision-making.

What will you do?

  • Leverage data insights, predictive models, and innovation to define a future state for TPRM in the T&O Portfolio.
  • Implement modern cloud solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift) to enhance agility and collaboration, supporting the transition from on-premises/Dataiku to cloud platforms.
  • Build predictive models for automated risk scoring, anomaly detection, and early warning systems.
  • Automate manual workflows (risk assessment, validation, reporting) via intelligent automation.
  • Develop intuitive AI-augmented dashboards for independent business insights.
  • Coach teams to adopt AI-driven decision-making and foster a data-driven culture.
  • Deploy continuous monitoring/alerting systems for proactive risk flagging.
  • Track transformation outcomes (speed, risk reduction, cost savings); iterate based on feedback.
  • Champion AI/data practice adoption by aligning stakeholders and embedding capabilities into operations.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:

  • 5+ years in Data Science/Analytics/Engineering, designing scalable solutions in complex environments.
  • 3+ years guiding technical initiatives and mentoring data professionals.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift) and AI/ML tools (Cortex, SageMaker, Azure ML).
  • Proven AI/ML/automation skills (e.g., ML models, predictive analytics) in evolving landscapes.
  • Success driving change, tech adoption, and data-driven cultures.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Financial services/regulated industry experience (compliance, risk governance).
  • Track record linking data solutions to measurable outcomes (risk reduction, efficiency).

Nice-to-have:

  • Third-party risk/supplier management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • RBC/banking systems familiarity.
  • Advanced change management training/experience.
  • Data governance/compliance expertise (lineage, privacy regulations).
  • Agile/DevOps practices knowledge.

We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.

  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities.

  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact.

  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.
