Job Description:
Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Strategic Planning: Working with clients to understand their business objectives and developing effective strategies or solutions to achieve them.
Business Growth: Identifying new business opportunities within existing client accounts, contributing to solution development, proposal writing (RFPs/SOWs), and driving revenue growth (upsell/cross-sell).
Project Oversight and Delivery: Leading and governing the end-to-end execution of projects/programs, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting quality standards and client expectations.
Team Collaboration and Leadership: Coordinating with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., creative, product, engineering) to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Mentoring and guiding team members in client engagement best practices.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identifying potential issues, risks, and dependencies, and driving them toward resolution.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring key performance metrics, conducting performance reviews (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews), analyzing data, and reporting progress and insights to both internal and external senior leadership
Contract Negotiation and Compliance: Ensuring all client contracts clearly define the scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms, and that project execution remains compliant with these agreed-upon conditions.
Billing Oversight: Coordinating the accurate and timely preparation and issuance of estimates, PO/RO, client invoices in compliance with engagement terms. Monitoring the accounts receivable (AR) process, addressing delayed payments, and ensuring the collection of outstanding balances to optimize cash flow.
