The Sr. Logistics Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing end-to-end operations, ensuring best-in-class delivery performance, cost efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. This role supports strategic decision-making through data analytics, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across warehouse facilities, transportation partners, customer service, and commercial teams.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES
Serve as the main point of contact for 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partners, Sales, Order Processing, and Supply Chain partners.
Monitor fulfillment KPIs including order turn time, warehouse SLA adherence and order accuracy.
Analyze trends to proactively identify bottlenecks, root causes and improvement opportunities.
Assist in the implementation and training of new platforms/technology.
Partner with procurement on the rollout and implementation of Carrier and Warehouse RFPs
Conduct carrier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement with Parcel, LTL and Truckload partners.
Monitor and support adherence to retailer routing guides and compliance expectations across fulfillment partners.
Align operational processes to the needs of international markets, including documentation, packaging, and labeling requirements.
Support capacity planning and peak season readiness through collaboration with Sales and Demand Planning, and developing volume forecasts
Lead warehouse projects in relation to kitting, reboxing and quality inspections.
Collaborate with Inventory Control and warehouses to monitor and action unsellable inventory.
Deliver ad hoc reporting to Leadership that support monthly attainment and revenue goals.
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Demonstrates understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics
Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
SAP experience preferred
Knowledge of advanced reporting systems such as Tableau preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Independent and critical thinking
Excellent communication, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of international shipping requirements, HTS/HS codes, and customs documentation (SLIs, CIs)
Experience supporting operations in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or similar markets preferred
Adaptable/flexible; able to multitask
Strong attention to detail and accuracy – tireless in getting the right result
Able to work both independently and within a team setting

Salary: $72,000 - $81,000 plus bonus opportunity
