Raytheon is hiring a Sr. Logistics Analyst that will play a role in all shipping, receiving and warehousing activities across the Camden site. Tasks to be performed will entail physical and systematic processing of inbound/outbound shipments while working with the broader Camden team to support factory operations. The candidate must be able to work and think independently.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and pack materials for outbound shipments in accordance with company standards.

  • Perform physical movement of materials using standard material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Verify accuracy of physical assets to support documentation upon arrival/departure to ensure any discrepancies are identified and addressed in a timely manner.

  • Support and resolve medium to complex challenges related to Procurements efforts, Purchase Order utilization, and warehouse operations.

  • Identify and implement improvements in warehouse layout and material flow to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hazardous material classifications and ensure proper handling in compliance with all DOT Regulations, OSHA Standards, and RTX Safety Guidelines.

  • Coordinate and certify shipments in accordance with 49 CFR, IATA, NISPOM, 32 CFR, AFMAN and the Defense Transportation Regulations.

  • Conduct cycle counts and perform other inventory accuracy procedures to achieve and maintain 100% material accountability.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of Internal Stakeholders as well as External Stakeholders, including but not limited to supplier, vendors, and customers.

  • Routinely analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and develop action plans aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Maintain concise and well-coordinated records complying with all document retention requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

  • Experience with MS Office.

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Strong ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated material accountability across multiple projects with competing priorities.

  • Solid understanding of performance metrics and experience with developing and implementing root cause analyses and corrective action plans.

  • Proficiency with MRP systems and related tools.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements including but not limited to CFR, DFAR, FAR, ITAR, DoD, OSHA, and DSS.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
