The Sr Learning Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing global learning strategies that enhance employees’ technical skills and support organizational digital transformation. This role combines expertise in modern L&D practices with a deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital tools, and instructional design methodologies, alongside a strong passion for hands-on facilitation, direct engagement with managers and employees, identifying skill gaps and needs, and delivering training personally when appropriate. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building scalable learning programs that empower teams to adopt new technologies and perform at their best.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy focused on technical and digital capabilities across the organization.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify current and future technical learning needs.
  • Design blended learning programs (e-learning, workshops, on-the-job learning, coaching, microlearning) tailored to technology-focused skill development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business priorities and technology roadmaps.
  • Design and deliver technology-focused learning initiatives that enable digital fluency, innovation, and technical excellence across the engineering organization and broader technical teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure training supports performance, consistency, and culture across all locations.
  • Leverage modern learning technologies (LMS/LXP, AI-enabled learning, microlearning, virtual experiences) to scale access and engagement globally.
  • Create or curate high-quality technical learning content (e.g., software training, data literacy, cybersecurity awareness, digital productivity tools).
  • Ensure all content adheres to learning best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Facilitate workshops, virtual and in-person training sessions, and onboarding programs focused on technology and digital competencies.
  • Coach subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver effective technical training.
  • Establish clear metrics and dashboards to measure learning effectiveness, adoption, and business impact globally.
  • Use data and storytelling to show how learning drives business outcomes—retention, performance, and engagement

What We Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with significant exposure to technical or digital training.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels — from building long-term learning frameworks to personally designing and delivering training.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams in Israel and the U.S.
  • Strong understanding of modern learning technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Able to confidently deliver training and facilitate learning in both English and Hebrew.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience with LMS/LXP administration (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Degreed, Docebo, etc.).
  • Certifications in instructional design or learning technologies (e.g., ATD, CPTD, CIPD, etc.).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, or software development tools.
  • Experience in a technology-driven environment (IT, SaaS, digital transformation, etc.).
