Check out this great opportunity to join one of GDIT’s fastest long-standing growing programs!  US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.  We are seeking an Intelligence Analyst/Trainer that is able to work independently – please read below!

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
  • Assists in the development and establishment of course content and objectives.
  • Conducts training sessions and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
  • Conducts dissemination of US produced intelligence products in support of coalition information sharing requirements.
  • Disseminates information in support of real-world efforts and utilizes best practices to ensure information is discoverable and made available to the right person at the right time and a usable format
  • Maintains records of training activities, participant progress and program effectiveness.
  • Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • This position will require shift work in support of real-world operations.
  • Short term deployments to CONUS locations and Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, or the United Kingdom may be required to support real world operations.
  • Is part of a team with personnel located throughout the Southwest Asia (SWA). 
  • Will be required to support customers at local and remote sites.
  • Will occasionally be required to perform desktop support, systems, networks, information assurance and logistics duties.
  • Participate in bi-monthly training meetings and training sessions, with other US BICES-X trainers located in various Combatant Commands around the world, to stay connected on key enterprise-wide training issues.
  • Manage a small team of intel analysts and trainers in daily taskings.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of professional experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Must possess and maintain a TS Clearance. 
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.
  • Familiarity with U.S. dissemination processes and procedures Knowledge of U.S. FDO processes, procedures, and regulations.
  • Experience researching and writing intelligence reports.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.
  • Additional specific certifications may be required, depending on job assignment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting multinational customers preferred.
  • Experience operating in deployed environments preferred. 
  • Selected candidate must be willing to travel throughout the Middle East.  Travel may be via commercial or military transport. Modes of transport include, but are not limited to; car, truck, armored vehicle, fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
  • Additional specific certifications may be required, depending on job assignment. 
  • This position may be required to complete short-term deployments to austere locations worldwide. Candidate will be expected to live alongside deployed military personnel in military provided accommodation.  Housing options include but are not limited to; open bay tents and multi-personnel containerized housing units “CHUs”.
  • This position is supporting a fluid military missions. You may be required to relocate (temporarily or permanently) to different operating locations within the CENTCOM AOR.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements (medical, dental, and psychological) and be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary.
  • The work is typically performed at client site locations, which requires proper safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment. 

The likely salary range for this position is $91,811 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
