Sr. Implementation Consultant

The Senior Implementation Consultant will oversee the deployment and implementation of the Entri Product Suite. They will engage with the client, hospital operations and applications/infrastructure teams to design, build, and implement the patient and user experience solutions. This position will also assist with upholding standard workflows and create educational materials to prepare for go lives. The Senior Implementation Consultant will be responsible to hold all stakeholders accountable in the delivery of the solution.  

A successful candidate will exhibit the ability to lead a cross-functional project to build and operationalize a business to consumer solution, be expected to identify subject matter experts to solve for potential obstacles, meet project deadlines and identify, escalate or resolve any issues that would impact the ability to deliver on the solution. They are expected to have strong communication skills to inform and engage key stakeholders across various levels with project updates and/or escalations. The Senior Implementation Consultant will propose new opportunities for efficiencies, enhancement, and expansion of product and process initiatives. This role is a senior workflow and implementation consultant position, showcasing expertise and proficiency in all Entri Suite products and project types. This role may also assume the project management responsibility for projects of limited scope.  

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Manages on-time and competent delivery of application database build. Self-motivation is critical to the success of this position.    
  • Oversees and provides support to the entire deployment team. Manages and coordinates communication between all stakeholders. Supports the training and mentoring of new implementation hires. 
  • Consults with the client and project team to define and obtain the data necessary to build applications based on the scope of the contract and client needs, and within the timeline and budget. 
  • Uses a creative problem-solving approach to analyze data along with workflow to determine standard best practice processes to gain efficiencies. Utilizes experience and expertise to provide outside of the box solutions to complex problems. 
  • Collaborates with the client, operations, training, IT, support and product/development team members to meet project timelines and escalate risks or issues providing potential solutions. Motivates stakeholders to execute operational change and achieve desired results. 
  • Delivers clear and concise training, objectives, and expectations to end users, and collaborate with stakeholders to design educational materials. Effectively adapts training message and style based on client workflow and audience competency and can pivot on the fly. 
  • Leads the client in database validation and conducts functional and integrated testing to ensure readiness for successful go lives. 
  • Recognizes opportunities for improvements in the implementation processes and contributes to the creation and improvement of processes. 
  • For limited scope projects, consults with management, reviews proposals, develops project plans, and maintains strong relationships with client leadership to ensure goals, scope, timelines, risk identification, contingency plans, resource allocation, and project status are effectively managed and communicated. 
  • For limited scope projects, monitors and reports on revenue recognition based on established milestones, alerts R1 management to any deviations from forecasted revenue, proposes alternative actions to recapture revenue, and leads internal debriefs to log all supporting material from implementations. 

Skills 

  • Proficient computer skills (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio) are required. 
  • Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills and clear and concise oral and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, office staff, and peers. 
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills. 
  • Results and deadline driven, working well under high pressure situations while staying resourceful, tactful, and adjust to rapidly changing needs from the customer. 
  • Exhibits comprehensive thought processes to show continuous improvement from one project to the next. 
  • Demonstrated mastery of front-end revenue cycle workflows using the R1 Entri Book and Arrive solutions and database build on all platforms. 
  • Ability to lead others effectively in an agile environment along with mentor and coach peers. 
  • Can independently deploy small projects without the assistance of a Project Manager. 
     
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,342.00 - $94,799.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
