Sr. Identity & Access Management Operations Analyst (Identity & Access Management Ops)

ABOUT THE POSITION

Columbia Sportswear’s Digital Technology (CDT) teams enable an IT infrastructure across four global brands, a global supply chain, and 500+ geographically dispersed stores. These teams support in-store, mobile, and data platforms to enhance customer interface and service in an ever-evolving industry. 

The Identity and Access Management Operations (IAM Ops) team supports identity lifecycle management, access administration, identity governance and privileged access management for key systems with Columbia’s global landscape.  This position provides leadership and elevated support to the Identity Lifecycle Management team.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Oversee and optimize identity lifecycle activities—including onboarding, role transitions, offboarding, and access reviews—across multiple enterprise platforms such as SAP, Active Directory, AS400, and Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Maintain onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure alignment with security policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to ensure accurate and timely identity provisioning and deprovisioning.

  • Document identity lifecycle procedures and contribute to IAM standards and policies.

  • Participate in audits and compliance activities by providing evidence and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

  • Analyze identity data to identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 4–7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related IT security roles.

  • Proven experience with enterprise IAM platforms and systems such as SAP, AS400, Active Directory, and D365.

  • Hands-on experience with an IGA tool (e.g., SAP GRC, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.).

  • Ability to lead small projects or initiatives and mentor junior team members.
