The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP), is an essential function that delivers strategic support and guidance on employee relations and human resources objectives (including, but not limited
to, restructuring business units, workforce/succession planning, employee development, performance, staffing, investigations, championing unit and organizational culture and administering and implementing HR policies). The Sr. HRBP will be expected to establish and maintain an effective level of
operational understanding within their client groups to effectively support. Serving as a partner across the HR function, they also provide hands-on facilitation of programs and projects designed to support employee development, organizational improvement and overall Human Resources initiatives and goals.
