Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Rapidly build trust and credibility with business leaders, becoming a go-to advisor on people strategy. Understand business priorities and translate them into scalable, sustainable HR solutions.
- Program Leadership: Independently lead and execute end-to-end HR initiatives (e.g., talent management, organizational design, change management) with agility and accountability.
- Customer-Centric Execution: Act with urgency and empathy to deliver HR services that meet the evolving needs of employees and leaders. Ensure timely closure and resolution of key HR matters.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and workforce data to generate actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and guide strategic decisions.
- Influence & Challenge: Confidently challenge the status quo and influence senior stakeholders to adopt progressive people practices that drive performance and engagement.
- Scalability & Sustainability: Design and implement HR solutions that are not only effective today but scalable for future growth, keeping long-term business context in mind.
- Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Quickly scale up in new environments, stay ahead of HR trends, and adapt strategies to meet changing business needs.
- Operation Excellence: Partner with HR COE's in support of HR programs, projects and activities. Manage benefits & compensation, company policies and practices are in compliance with local laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade stakeholders, peers and management
- Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills
- Solid HR Generalist skills
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday preferred
- Good command of English both speaking and writing
