The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic HR support to global functional leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance. This role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives across global functions. Additionally, the position serves as the functional leader for Employee Relations (ER) and Well-being, ensuring a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment while promoting employee engagement and resilience.

Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership and Talent Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to global functional leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and implement solutions that drive business performance.
- Support global initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), culture, and engagement.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives for global functions.
- Support performance management processes and coach leaders on effective feedback and development practices.
- Facilitate organizational change and transformation projects, ensuring smooth adoption and communication.
Employee Relations Leadership
- Lead the Employee and Labor Relations function, ensuring consistent application of policies , compliance with local and global labor regulations and maintaining fine relationship with the union.
- Oversee investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with fairness and integrity.
- Develop and maintain ER frameworks, training, and tools for HR teams and managers globally.
- Ensure adherence to global HR policies and local labor laws across regions.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on risk mitigation and policy updates.
- Maintain accurate reporting and analytics for ER cases, engagement, and well-being programs.
Well-being & Engagement
- Lead and guide the occupational health team to design and implement well-being programs that promote mental health, resilience, and work-life balance.
- Partner with global stakeholders to integrate well-being into the employee experience strategy.
- Monitor engagement and well being metrics and recommend actions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic business partnering in a global or matrix organization.
Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including leading HR teams and functional specialists effectively, with the ability to develop others.
Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR compliance across multiple geographies.
Proven experience in designing and implementing corporate engagement programs.
