Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Deliver annual strategic plan aligned with corporate growth targets
  • Achieve double-digit growth through new market entry, technology innovation, and capability building focused on 80 markets (food & pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals)
  • Maintain a robust M&A pipeline
  • Maintain a robust innovation and technology pipeline suited for M&A or organic growth.
  • Establish the MPT Innovation Ecosystem
  • Provide actionable market insights to drive business initiatives

Product Management, Innovation & Marketing

  • Launch and commercialize new products on schedule, meeting revenue and margin goals
  • Oversee NPD projects, ensuring >90% on-time delivery from concept to launch
  • Drive go-to-market success: increase market share and customer adoption rates
  • Optimize product portfolio through regular reviews and stage-gate decisions
  • Lead Marketing Team in digital and traditional campaigns, achieving set engagement and conversion KPIs
  • Design, build, and implement a new ecommerce platform, launching a pilot in aftermarket; measure pilot success by revenue growth, customer engagement, and scalability for broader rollout

Market & Competitive Insights

  • Maintain accurate global market forecasts and competitive intelligence
  • Identify and capitalize on at least two significant growth opportunities annually

Leadership & Culture

  • Build and retain a high-performing, diverse team with >85%  engagement scores; grow agile teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and trust
  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration across global functions

Financial Management

  • Meet or exceed annual budget targets and resource allocation efficiency metrics
  • Track and report on key metrics for strategy execution and M&A pipeline health

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years post-MBA experience in strategic planning, business development, and/or global marketing, preferably in life sciences, biotech, or medical devices.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, including M&A, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Engineering or science background preferred
  • MBA preferred.
  • Global mindset and experience working outside the U.S. preferred.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, integrate diverse perspectives, and deliver results in complex, ambiguous environments.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is £99,600.00 - £149,400.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
