Role Overview
We are seeking a Technology Lead – Emerging Technologies to drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative technology solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capability, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy while mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects leveraging emerging and advanced technologies.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technology solutions to enhance business processes and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, architecture, product, and delivery teams to drive strategic alignment.
- Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Continuously track industry trends and technological advancements to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud-native architectures, or similar.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile delivery methodologies.
- Sound knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable system design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams of technical experts.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on leading complex technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects using emerging or innovative technologies.
- Prior experience mentoring junior engineers and building high-performing technical teams.
- Experience working in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage design, development, and delivery of technology solutions using emerging platforms and tools.
- Provide ongoing technical mentorship, guidance, and code/design reviews to team members.
- Partner with business and delivery stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals.
- Assess new tools, frameworks, and platforms and recommend adoption based on business value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant innovations to current and future initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant technical certifications in emerging or advanced technologies are preferred.
