In This Role
As a Creative Producer (Vendor), you will support entertainment initiatives across film, television, animation, immersive experiences, and location‑based entertainment. You’ll collaborate closely with internal creative leadership and external production partners to ensure seamless workflows, brand‑authentic execution, and clear communication across global teams. Your work will span production oversight, asset management, long‑term planning, and cross‑functional coordination as you help bring new entertainment experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Partner Management
- Serve as the day‑to‑day production liaison for external studios and production companies across film, TV, animation, immersive, and location‑based entertainment initiatives.
- Maintain onboarding materials, reference guides, and documentation used by external partners.
- Coordinate closely with partner‑side producers and project managers to track deliverables, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.
- Ensure on‑time delivery of schedules, milestones, creative assets, and consolidated feedback across the production lifecycle.
- Compile, organize, and manage creative assets flowing between internal teams and external collaborators.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal groups including Consumer Products, Marketing, Game/Interactive teams, Brand, and others to gather feedback and align cross‑team dependencies.
- Sync workflows and production schedules across distributed global teams.
- Collaborate closely with international production partners to maintain consistent documentation, workflows, and process improvements.
Asset & Information Management
- Provide partners with the creative references, brand guidance, and feedback required to build high‑quality, on‑brand work.
- Prepare decks, visual presentations, renderings, videos, and supporting creative materials for internal and external use.
- Ensure submitted partner assets are properly routed for review, archived, and made visible to relevant internal stakeholders.
Long‑Range & Operational Planning
- Support multi‑project planning, resourcing, and forecasting across entertainment initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming projects and ensure team capacity, workflows, and communication channels are appropriately aligned.
- Contribute to post‑mortems, reporting, and documentation to evolve production practices and partner engagement models.
Production Lifecycle Support
- Track progress across all stages of entertainment development including onboarding, ideation, story development, production, reviews, marketing, distribution, and post‑launch analysis.
- Identify risks, blockers, and emerging needs; escalate or resolve them proactively.
- Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and logistics for creative leadership and production‑related meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in creative production or project management in film, TV, animation, games, theme parks, immersive entertainment, or related media.
- Professional experience working with external media companies or studios—ideating, developing, and delivering entertainment projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with creative, technical, and executive audiences.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in different stages.
- Experience with creative production workflows and familiarity with industry‑standard tools (image editing, video editing, presentation building, content management systems, and/or 3D modeling software).
- Comfortable working across global time zones.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting transmedia initiatives or entertainment franchises expanding across multiple formats (games, film, series, experiences).
- Background working with large‑scale IP or brand‑driven creative development.
- Familiarity with entertainment production documentation standards (shot lists, animatics, creative briefs, deliverable trackers, etc.).
- Ability to adapt processes for evolving team structures, partner needs, or global workflows.
- Strong visual storytelling or presentation design skills.
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $106,000 to $116,000 per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
