You'll work across the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications that meet the needs of our users and support our global financial services initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and improve business applications across the full stack with focus on CIAM.
Create end-user interfaces, databases, APIs, and server-side logic while maintaining both front- and back-end components.
Apply disciplined coding practices to enable agility and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Implement design patterns, automation, and semantic versioning to enhance software quality.
Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis to ensure applications meet or exceed standards and user requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability in software development.
Experience in building authentication, authorization solutions.
Experience building applications with high volume of transactions.
Demonstrated ability with React and Node.js.
Proficiency in other programming languages such as Java, .NET.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid base in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
Experience working with IAM products such as IBM Verify, Okta, Auth0 or ForgeRock.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing cloud-based applications.
Experience with application security practices.
Understanding of CI/CD methods and DevSecOps or equivalent experience.
Experience with data modeling and analysis.
Proficiency in using testing frameworks and tools.

Salary range is expected to be between
$104,860.00 USD - $194,740.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
