What we're seeking:

We are seeking a highly analytical, technically strong FP&A Associate to join our finance team. This role is designed for a finance professional who thrives in ownership, operates independently, and brings rigor to financial planning and cash flow management.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position with direct exposure to executive leadership. The Sr. FP&A Associate plays a critical role in strengthening forecasting accuracy, cash discipline, and financial decision-making as the company scales. This role is intentionally structured as a stepping stone to FP&A Manager within approximately 24 months, based on individual performance and business growth. Progression will be performance based, through demonstrated ownership of planning cycles, independent judgment, and ability to operate as a strategic finance partner.

The Sr. FP&A Associate reports directly to Sound’s finance executive, the Sr. VP, Finance & Operations. This position is eligible to be fully remote across the United States.

Compensation Target

Sound reserves the ability to adjust the compensation range based on the final candidate’s experience, skillset, and geography. In addition to on target earnings, we offer above average equity grants for the industry as we believe that every employee should have a stake in the company’s growth. If you’re above this compensation target, we encourage you to reach out and discuss the entire package and opportunity before deciding not to pursue this position.
