Sr FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed team member to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) department in our Guadalajara, Mexico office.

Insulet Global Business Services (IGBS) organization supports the rapid growth of our company through excellent business services, delivered in an optimized model. Our Guadalajara Insulet Capabilities Center (ICC) hosts Insulet employees spanning different Functions. Propelled by the success of our Guadalajara ICC, we are working on a new ICC in Asia.

As the Sr. FP&A Analyst, GBS, you will be responsible for supporting our dynamic and rapidly growing Global Business Services organization.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Business Partner, Global Business Services, you will play an important role in monitoring and analyzing the spend of IGBS, as well as ensure the right allocation of costs across the organization.

Your main responsibilities will consist in, while not being limited to:

  • Provide and consolidate OpEx Budgeting and Forecast for IGBS

  • Provide monthly  analysis including financial and non-financial metrics empowering business decisions

  • Review and approve Purchase Orders and invoices

  • Prepare and review monthly accruals

  • Review ICC 3rd party partner review in line with SOW

  • Prepare costs allocation to the different departments

  • Provide and update Business Case analysis for IGBS

  • Act as the point of contact for other Finance team members for Guadalajara entity related queries

  • Challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions in ways of working

  • Support ad-hoc projects

Experience/Competencies

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or another relevant field

  • Minimum 3-4 years of working experience, preferably FP&A in a Global Public company

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work with different IT systems

  • ERP knowledge (SAP S4/HANA preferred)

  • Knowledge of Financial planning tools (SAP Analytics Cloud preferred)

  • Understanding of US and International accounting standards

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Team-oriented and solid interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Open-minded and solution-seeking
