Your Role on Our Team:
The Sr. Financial Analyst will serve as a key business partner to the Power Tools Operations leadership team as the organization expands its global manufacturing footprint. This role is responsible for site-level financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis that supports both short- and long-term operational goals.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership and guidance for Global and Domestic Operations within the Power Tools Business Unit.
- Analyze monthly results, develop forecasts, and present insights to Finance and Operations leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identify gaps in information or processes and develop tools, models, and reporting solutions to enhance decision-making.
- Build strong peer relationships with Operations leaders to drive consistent reporting and analytical standards.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying and removing non-value-added activities.
- Manage multiple priorities and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Support preparation of the rolling 18-month forecast.
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of Financial analysis experience
- Critical thinking, strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels and functions within the organization, both Finance and Non-Finance (written, verbal, presentation, and listening)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel knowledge
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
