POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will serve as a strategic partner in driving financial performance and supporting key business decisions across the organization. This role is responsible for delivering advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, financial rigor, and strategic insight—particularly within a pharmaceutical environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identify key trends and variances, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Lead the development and enhancement of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Review, validate and consolidate forecasts for U.S. and international markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with planning and reporting requirements.
- Act as a financial systems expert (SAP, BI tools), driving optimization and providing guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Perform and lead ad-hoc analyses to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and compliance standards, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience with foreign exchange rate analysis preferred.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skill with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.
