Sr Finance Manager, Consolidations (remote)

The Sr. Manager, FP&A – Oncology & Multispecialty (O&M) leads the consolidation of financial data across O&M segments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role manages forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for headquarters costs, and oversees the allocation of shared expenses. As an individual contributor with matrixed leadership responsibilities, the Sr. Manager collaborates with FP&A, shared services, and senior leadership to provide financial insights that support disciplined decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Consolidation & Reporting

  • Manage and coordinate planning and reporting activities, including monthly results, monthly rolling forecasts, annual budget planning, strategic long-range planning, and operating reviews across for the Oncology & Multispecialty FP&A teams, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Assess key consolidated forecast assumptions including R&O’s. Ad-hoc analysis for executive financial questions.

Executive Review Support

  • Facilitate the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly deliverables for corporate reporting, ensuring full compliance with internal and external requirements. Oversee the consolidation and development of the business unit’s strategic plan for executive review. Draft and produce materials for operating reviews, presenting clear and precise financial narratives to senior leadership.

Matrixed Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Serve as the principal liaison among segment FP&A teams, corporate finance, and business operations. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional FP&A teams, Accounting, and shared services to ensure financial planning and analysis are aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborate with segment FP&A leads to promote consistency and alignment throughout all planning cycles.

Headquarter Cost Management & Allocations

  • Administer headquarters SG&A and shared service costs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Design and maintain allocation methodologies that accurately reflect business drivers and promote transparency. Partner with cost center owners to monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency. Oversee the development and management of headquarters cost forecasts, monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans. Coordinate closely with Corporate Controller functions, Information Technology, and Financial Shared Services

Process Optimization & Systems Enablement

  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity. Utilize financial systems, such as SAP, SAC, and FDP Power BI, to streamline workflows. Champion the adoption of AI automation and digital tools to advance FP&A capabilities

Minimum Requirement

Degree and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Critical Skills

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or transformation roles.

  • Experience in healthcare finance, especially physician practice or specialty care integration.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including effective PowerPoint presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience analyzing financial statements, forecasts, month-end close, and budgets.

  • Experience with financial modeling.

  • Expertise in financial systems with ability to reconcile information from multiple sources.

  • Project management skills.

  • Experience collaborating with C-suite executives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Working Conditions

  • This is a remote, work-from-home position.

  • The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a dedicated, quiet, and secure workspace with reliable high-speed internet access. Standard working hours align with the central time zone, though flexibility may be required to accommodate team collaboration across time zones.

  • The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and extensive use of a computer and other digital tools. Occasional virtual meetings and video conferencing are required. Minimal travel may be expected for team offsites, training, or business-critical meetings.

Salary: 100,100.00 - 133,400.00 - 166,800.00 USD Annual 15% MIP
