Job Responsibilities
- Customer Application Support
Provide technical assistance to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and partners for NXP Automotive MPU platforms (S32G, S32N series). - Design-In Enablement
Guide customers through hardware/software integration, including Ethernet TSN, CAN FD, FlexRay, and security engines (HSE, XRDC). - System-Level Consulting
Advise on zonal gateway architectures, virtualization, and ECU consolidation strategies for SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) programs. - Pre- & Post-Sales Technical Engagement
Deliver technical presentations, demos, PoC evaluations, application notes, and training materials. - Development & Debug Support
Assist with boot configuration, DDR setup, multi-core initialization, and validate AUTOSAR/Linux stacks, hypervisors, and real-time drivers. - Escalation & Issue Management
Follow structured escalation procedures for unresolved technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (+3 years) in embedded software development, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
- Experience with real-time operating systems (e.g., FreeRTOS, QNX, AUTOSAR OS).
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay).
- Experience with microcontrollers/microprocessors, including architecture understanding and peripheral interaction.
- Proficiency with debugging tools (e.g., JTAG debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Knowledge of automotive functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) is a plus.
