We are Seeking a Senior Executive Associate/Project Manager to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN

How You Will Contribute

  • Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to provide critical support in executing strategic initiatives and managing projects at the Minnesota enterprise and integration of five business lines.
  • Establish trusted relationships across the organization in order to connect information, identify challenges and opportunities, and support the business line leadership team and your teammate(s) in accomplishing goals.
  • Share knowledge and expertise when complex problems or challenges arise and collaborate across functions to address large, complex, and often ambiguous organizational challenges.
  • Provide operational and logistical support during non-traditional business hours as needed.
  • Able to navigate within a global organization to impact the transformation and standardization of initiatives within a complex, matrix managed, and growth mindset.
  • Understands the organizational culture to deliver results and support within our  sales and service culture while balancing understanding of the diverse product/service engagement offerings to a breadth of customer profiles and risk.
  • Able to take a ‘big picture’ view of situations, evaluate it quickly, make logical, sound decisions confidently in order to have a positive impact towards achieving business objectives.
  • Experienced in proactive development and execution effective communication strategies, ensuring a seamless flow of information within the organization and with external partners. Craft and deliver impactful messages as assigned.
  • Learn and leverage enterprise technology tools to support engagement and team building across multiple offices and disbursed work teams.  
  • Develop meeting agendas, prepare presentations, and respond to emails on behalf of the service and operations leadership team.
  • Prepares a wide variety of often complex materials for the purpose of documenting activities and issues, meeting compliance requirements, providing references, making presentations, and/or providing supporting materials for requested activities.
  • Participate in and/or lead high-stakes meetings, ensure proper follow-up, and effectively manage relationships.
  • Schedules events, coordinates travel, and manages calendars of the PCL as well as the Minnesota master calendar.   Provides ongoing highlights of core priorities and communication and/or deliverables in advance of leadership engagement needs.  
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills to ensure efficient implementation of company-wide initiatives.  Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and oversees activities to efficiently meet business objectives.   Collaborates with Minnesota teammates for enterprise scope and engagement in design and delivery.  
  • Initiate and lead the governance and delivery of a program or group of significant enterprise strategic projects, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are identified and achieved.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for leadership touchpoints, Minnesota wide community engagement and projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.
  • Monitor and enhance Minnesota leadership operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership and key influencers to drive operational excellence across the organization.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Strong project management and logistical expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in increasingly support responsibilities for senior management roles, in a corporate or equivalent setting or other fast-paced, rapidly changing environments. (preferred)
  • Ability to draw best practices from a variety of professional contexts (private, non-profit, government). (preferred)
  • Ability to understand and interpret the multiple complexities of an evolving business undergoing expanded growth. (preferred)

Pay Range

$80,000 - $110,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
