Job Description:

We're actively seeking a talented Senior Executive Administrative Specialist II to join our Pacific Life team in Charlotte, NC to support two Senior Vice Presidents (Global Head of Total Reward and Head of Tax and Development) and our growing new office.

This position will be in our new office in Charlotte slated to open June 2026 with in office expectations of 4 days a week.

As a Senior Executive Administrative Specialist II, you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership, enabling executives to operate at their highest effectiveness through expert coordination, research, and communications management.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Manage executive calendars, business travel, meeting coordination, and expense tracking
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate activities in the new office, across departments and with external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication at all organizational levels
  • Conduct research and data analysis, compiling findings into actionable reports and recommendation

The experience you bring:

  • Extensive experience in an executive administrative role supporting senior or C-suite leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business software applications
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within established procedures, exercising sound judgment and discretion
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience coordinating or leading the work of other administrative or clerical staff
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs proactively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, Concur, or similar platforms

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$37.08 - $45.32
