The Team & Role


As a Solution Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how leading enterprises design and deliver their subscription business models. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges, architect scalable solutions, and guide implementation teams to deliver value through Zuora’s platform.

This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise, business acumen, and customer empathy to drive real impact — helping organizations modernize their revenue systems and transform the way they monetize.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead client workshops to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Conduct FIT/GAP analyses to ensure our solutions align with customer goals.

  • Design and document end-to-end functional and technical solutions, including workflows, integrations, and system configurations.

  • Partner with clients to obtain sign-off and ensure alignment at every stage of the project lifecycle.

  • Deliver engaging product demos and guide clients through testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

  • Configure and test Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products in accordance with approved designs.

  • Collaborate with Solution Delivery Managers and Technical Consultants to ensure seamless implementation and delivery.

  • Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to empower customer teams for long-term success.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining regular communication and providing ongoing technical and functional support.

 

Your experience

  • 5+ years of Order-to-Cash experience within a SaaS or professional services organization.

  • 3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions (e.g., Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amdocs).

  • Proven experience delivering complex, customer-facing software solutions from discovery through deployment.

  • A strong grasp of business process design, system integration, and solution architecture.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead client discussions with confidence and clarity.

  • Experience designing and delivering solutions across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
