PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, CA, OR, ID, AZ, or TX. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.  For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.  

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE 

As a Senior Enterprise Project Manager at BECU, you’ll help guide complex initiatives from idea through delivery—bringing clarity, organization, and momentum to our Credit Card delivery team. Working closely with product, technology, and delivery partners, you’ll coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives that improve how we serve our members. 

By leading delivery efforts, maintaining visibility across projects, and ensuring teams stay aligned and focused, you’ll play a key role in helping BECU successfully deliver meaningful solutions for our members. Your ability to manage priorities, remove obstacles, and keep work moving forward will directly support the success of our Credit Card program and the teams behind it. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Lead Project Delivery: Guide complex initiatives from planning through implementation and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. 

  • Support Agile Delivery Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams operating in Scrum or Kanban environments to ensure work is prioritized, organized, and progressing smoothly. 

  • Coordinate Across Teams: Partner with product, technology, operations, and vendor teams to manage dependencies and keep delivery efforts aligned. 

  • Maintain Project Visibility: Track and communicate project progress through dashboards, reporting tools, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency across initiatives. 

  • Manage Project Plans and Resources: Develop and maintain project timelines, resource plans, and deliverables to support successful project outcomes. 

  • Oversee Project Financials: Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor invoices while ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with project expectations. 

  • Remove Delivery Obstacles: Identify risks, resolve issues, and clear impediments that may impact project progress or team productivity. 

  • Support Governance and Compliance: Ensure project artifacts, documentation, and reporting align with PMO standards and regulatory requirements. 

  • Facilitate Implementation Activities: Coordinate release planning, go-live preparation, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful delivery. 

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, collaboration, and project outcomes across teams. 

  • Take on Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or related discipline required, or equivalent work or educational experience 

  • Minimum 7 years of experience leading complex enterprise initiatives in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) with experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage project delivery and workflows. 

  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.  

Desired Qualifications 

  • Advanced degree preferred. 

  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
