EXPECTED END RESULTS

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Ensure data for PO release, in Project synergy system as per the project requirement worldwide

• To realize PO in Project synergy system
• Ensure On-time delivery of Po to suppliers for project needs
• Any blocking point , to manage with supplier and arrive with solution for results

Update the status in excel file for project synergy software Updating for Corporate requirement

• Update the project synergy portal (common) & Excel file for internal tracking.
• Ensure all the update is completed daily before customer reporting
• Ensure all the related fields updated in portal before reported
• Concern faced to be reported daily basis and solution to be arrived with Customer (NTCNA) team.

Supplier call back activity reporting

• Ensure supplier called and MRD date were inputted in the master file
• Supplier comments and concern to be captured and reported
• Follow-up daily basis and reporting to be ensured with Final customer (NTCNA) week basis
• Manage supplier and ensure MRD and Concerns related to PO, QTY etc reported.
